Director of Finance and Operations

The Prospect Hill Foundation is expanding our team! We are hiring a full-time Director of Finance and Operations who is dedicated to our mission and values. Primary responsibilities will be providing leadership, strategic guidance and supervision across all finance activities and administration, including assessment and redesign of the systems that govern PHF’s grantmaking and operations.

This new team member will be a motivated, detail-oriented and seasoned professional with 7+ years of senior level experience in finance, operations and administration. Strong candidates will have a values-based, collegial and supportive management style. They will be a builder seeking leadership opportunities; a strategic thinker who thrives on operationalizing a vision; and a chief operating officer-type who prefers to work with a smaller team.
